Storage & Fair Use Policy
How JCDEN Japan warehousing handles free periods, inventory batches, volume charges and fair-use boundaries. The policy is designed to be clear, traceable and free of retroactive undisclosed charges.
The legal entity, effective date, liability, insurance and complete legal terms still require final confirmation by JCDEN and its professional advisers.
Counting begins after quantity and batch confirmation.
That inbound batch receives free storage.
Only the remaining volume in that batch is charged.
Each confirmed inbound batch receives its own 30-day free period.
The free-storage deadline is calculated as the confirmed inbound date plus 30 days. The same SKU arriving on different dates remains in separate batches with separate deadlines. The offer supports normal sales turnover; it is not unlimited storage in volume or duration.
- Start point: the date warehouse inbound is confirmed
- Tracking unit: customer → SKU → inbound batch
- Free scope: storage for days 1–30 of that batch
- Re-entry, internal transfer or returns create a new batch only when agreed
From day 31, charges apply only to the volume still in storage.
The current standard storage rate is RMB 3/m³/day. The system records volume using confirmed carton dimensions, carton count and remaining batch quantity. Measurement, remeasurement, allocation and rounding follow the final agreement and warehouse-confirmed data.
FIFO is the default: the oldest inbound batch is deducted first.
Batch-level deduction preserves accurate inventory age, free-period deadlines and remaining volume. Requests to release a specified batch must be made before processing and remain subject to warehouse confirmation.

50 units outbound, deducted from the 1 Aug batch by default; each batch keeps its own free period.
Thirty free days do not mean unlimited warehouse occupation.
Member free storage supports normal inventory turnover and Japan-market operations. Long-term static, oversize, high-risk, special-care or unusually labor-intensive inventory may require a revised plan or additional charges agreed before execution. Undisclosed charges will not be added retroactively.
- Normal sales and replenishment inventory
- Standard goods with registered SKU, carton and barcode data
- Planned FBA forwarding or order fulfillment
- Long-term static or materially excessive inventory
- Oversize, overweight, dangerous, temperature-controlled or special-care goods
- Frequent assembly, repacking, photography, testing or non-standard work
Full-container or single-batch inbound above 10m³ requires advance booking.
Acceptance depends on capacity, category, handling conditions and expected turnover. Air freight, sea freight, containers, oversize/overweight items, special packaging, third-party costs and non-standard work are outside the standard storage rate and require separate confirmation. Prohibited, dangerous and restricted goods remain subject to the prohibited-goods policy and warehouse review.
