Route: Factories and suppliers → JCDEN Guangzhou → International freight → JCDEN Japan warehouse → Amazon FBA replenishment.
Free core warehouse services include receiving, inbound processing, put-away, WMS, inventory management and checks, outbound administration, returns management, eligible disposal, and 30 days of storage for every inbound batch. From day 31, remaining inventory is RMB 3/m³/day.
For standard goods with combined length, width and height of no more than 160cm and weight no more than 25kg, FBA/domestic forwarding and ordinary parcel fulfillment are RMB 100 per item nationwide in Japan. Amazon VC DF outbound handling is RMB 20 per item, with domestic delivery paid by Amazon or the store. Product labeling is RMB 2 per item per application. Air, sea, container and non-standard costs are quoted separately.
This model is designed for FBA-led sellers who want to import in bulk, replenish according to sales, centralize returns and retain a path toward a local Japan business presence. It may not suit businesses seeking only the lowest-cost high-frequency parcel fulfillment or long-term static storage.
