Confirmed standard display basis
Prices are in RMB and memberships are billed annually. Standard goods have combined dimensions up to 160cm and weight up to 25kg. FBA/domestic forwarding and ordinary parcel fulfillment are RMB 100/item nationwide; VC DF handling is RMB 20/item with domestic delivery paid by Amazon or the store; product labeling is RMB 2/item/application. Each inbound batch receives 30 free days, then remaining inventory is RMB 3/m³/day.
The final policy must cover
- Start dates, batches, mixed goods, re-entry and internal transfer rules for the 30-day free period
- Volume measurement, remeasurement, allocation and rounding rules
- Long-term static inventory, oversize goods, dangerous goods and temperature-controlled products
- Eligibility, volume, frequency and third-party costs for free disposal
- Stocktake differences, damage, insurance, liability caps and force majeure
- Membership upgrades, renewal, cancellation, arrears, refunds and data retention
- Activation, termination and ownership of addresses, phone numbers, websites, domains and email
- Enterprise sales definitions, attribution, returns, tax and settlement
Free member storage is intended for normal inventory turnover and Japan-market operations. Long-term static, oversize, high-risk, special-care or labor-intensive inventory may require a revised plan or fees agreed in advance.
