For FBA, VC DF and Japan ecommerce logistics. Includes warehouse access, 30 days of free storage for each inbound batch, nationwide standard forwarding/parcel fulfillment at RMB 100 per item, VC DF handling at RMB 20 per item, and an upgrade path.

Professional — RMB 11,760/year

For businesses building a local presence. Includes all Basic logistics benefits, a dedicated Japan business address and phone number, a company website, domain and email, telephone secretary service, and incorporation support.

Enterprise — from RMB 47,760/year

For brands requiring a Japan operations team. Includes all Professional benefits, large-volume inventory planning, after-sales support, product guidance, ecommerce operations, local promotion and business development.

Enterprise engagements consist of the annual membership fee, an agreed percentage-of-sales service fee, and actual third-party campaign and operating costs.

Each inbound batch receives 30 days of free storage. From day 31, remaining inventory is charged at RMB 3/m³/day. FIFO applies by default.
